Enjoy this delicious smoothie year-round by using frozen strawberries and rhubarb.
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened sliced rhubarb
- 1 to 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- Fresh strawberries optional
- In blender, combine yogurt, milk, frozen strawberries, rhubarb, honey and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
- If desired, garnish each serving with fresh strawberries
