  • 2 cups apricot nectar chilled
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 medium bananas cut into chunks
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries or cut-up mango chilled
  • 2 Tbsp. honey


  • In blender, combine apricot nectar and yogurt; add banana, strawberries, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
