Strawberry-Rhubarb Smoothie

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened sliced rhubarb
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • Fresh strawberries optional


  • In blender, combine yogurt, milk, frozen strawberries, rhubarb, honey and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • If desired, garnish each serving with fresh strawberries
