Tango Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 12- oz. can mango peach, apricot, or other fruit nectar, chilled
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 medium bananas cut into chunks
- 2/3 cup cut-up mango chilled
- 1 Tbsp. honey optional
- Cut-up fresh fruit such as banana, mango, and/or peeled kiwi (optional)
Instructions
- In blender, combine fruit nectar and yogurt; add banana, mango, and if desired, honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
- If desired, garnish each serving with fresh fruit threaded onto skewer
