Fruit Salad Parfaits

  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3 cups sliced fruit strawberries, pineapple, banana
  • 1/2 cup low fat granola cereal
  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam or raspberry jam


  • Combine strawberry jam with fruit in medium bowl.
  • Evenly spoon Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 parfait glasses.
  • Evenly top with fruit, then granola. Garnish, if desired, with mint.
